Most beloved Korean rice dish with ground beef and assorted seasoned vegetables with sunny side egg on top. TTARO GUK BAP

SAM GAE TANG

Traditional Korean Whole Chicken soup. Chicken is stuffed with Ginseng, Sweet Rice, Garlic, Chestnut, and Jujube. Served with steamed rice and various side dishes.

BOOL GOGI

NAK JEE BOKEUM

NakGee BoKum is a spicy octopus dish enjoyed by many Koreans.  Octopus tentacles are cut into bite-sized pieces then pan stir-fried with spicy gochujang (red chilli pepper paste) along with gochugaru (red chili pepper flakes), sesame oil, red/green chili peppers, green onions, carrots and onions.

JAE YOOK BOKEUM

Jae Yuk BoKum is a delicious Korean dish that consists of marinated pork loin which are stir-fried with red chili pepper paste, gochujang. It’s prepared with thinly sliced pork belly strips,

HO BAK JOOK

Ho Bak Juk is a porridge of boiled and sieved pumpkin, sweet red beans, soybean and rice cake balls. It stimulates the appetite with its sweetness and tender color. Ho Bak Juk is low calories and a good diet food.

BIBIM GOOKSOO

Thin noodle mixed with Korean Kimchi (Spicy fermented cabbage), cucumber, and spicy Red Pepper Sauce. Served with side dishes.

KONG GOOKSOO

Cold style noodle in Fresh Bean Broth with Cucumber. Served with side dishes.

UDON

Cooked Japanese style thick noodle, sanuki udon, served in Japanese style noodle soup base Served with side house table dishes.

RAMYUN

Cooked noodle mixture of wheat flour, palm oil, potato starch and salt. Served in spicy and hot ramyun soup base with side house table dishes.

JANG TUH GUK SOO

Cooked noodle only served in hot special seafood broth soup and side house dishes.

KAL GOOKSOO

One of Korean’s favorite noodle dish..Kalguksoo is a Korean noodle dish consisting of handmade, knife-cut wheat flour noodles served in a large bowl with broth and other ingredients.
